指示燈貨位回轉(zhuǎn)庫(kù)，具有數(shù)控回轉(zhuǎn)庫(kù)相同的原理和功能，將存儲(chǔ)物料的不同規(guī)格料盒放入回轉(zhuǎn)庫(kù)的箱斗中，在料盒對(duì)應(yīng)的位置，安裝與料盒數(shù)量和位置對(duì)應(yīng)的指示燈。特別適用于小件物料盒的存儲(chǔ)。實(shí)現(xiàn)物料快速、高效存取。通過(guò)掃碼或輸入物料編碼，設(shè)備將自動(dòng)運(yùn)行，指示燈將亮起，到達(dá)存儲(chǔ)單元運(yùn)行位置，與亮起的指示燈相對(duì)應(yīng)的存儲(chǔ)料盒，就是物料存取的準(zhǔn)確位置，從而方便完成物料的存取。同時(shí)系統(tǒng)將自動(dòng)記錄物料的數(shù)量、所在存儲(chǔ)單元的位置，以方便查詢(xún)、追溯及自動(dòng)盤(pán)存。
