托盤(pán)式升降庫(kù)，是以托盤(pán)為存儲(chǔ)單元的立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)，通過(guò)平移機(jī)的升降運(yùn)動(dòng)，將托盤(pán)送到系統(tǒng)指令的貨位，或則將系統(tǒng)某一位置的托盤(pán)，自動(dòng)運(yùn)行送到設(shè)備的出貨口，在出貨口位置，安裝自動(dòng)光電檢測(cè)裝置，當(dāng)物料超出系統(tǒng)設(shè)定的高度，系統(tǒng)將自動(dòng)鎖住，并提醒進(jìn)行干預(yù)，從而確保物料存儲(chǔ)安全�？纱鎯�(chǔ)小件或一些異型件物料，安全、準(zhǔn)確、可靠、及時(shí)。同時(shí)系統(tǒng)將自動(dòng)記錄物料的數(shù)量、所在存儲(chǔ)單元的位置，以方便查詢、追溯及自動(dòng)盤(pán)存。
The pallet lift storage
The pallet lift storage uses pallets as the storage units. Through the lifting movement of the translation machine, the pallets are sent to the system-instructed position, or to the outlet which is monitored with automatic photoelectric detection device. When the material exceeds the height set by the system, the system will automatically lock and remind to intervene to ensure the safety of material storage. It can store small pieces or some special-shaped parts, which is safe, accurate, reliable and timely. At the same time, the system will automatically record the quantity of materials and the location of the storage unit to facilitate query, traceability and automatic inventory.
