獨(dú)立單元回轉(zhuǎn)庫(kù)，具有數(shù)控回轉(zhuǎn)庫(kù)相同的原理和功能，它將箱斗橫向分隔為若干個(gè)存儲(chǔ)單元，每一個(gè)存儲(chǔ)單元對(duì)應(yīng)一個(gè)獨(dú)立的控制門(mén)。這樣可以避免數(shù)控回轉(zhuǎn)庫(kù)箱斗運(yùn)行停止后，可以在整個(gè)箱斗中取走任何物料。特別對(duì)高附加值物料存取，具有安全、準(zhǔn)確、快速的特點(diǎn)。通過(guò)掃碼或輸入物料編碼，設(shè)備將自動(dòng)運(yùn)行，到達(dá)存儲(chǔ)單元運(yùn)行位置后，控制門(mén)將自動(dòng)彈開(kāi)，從而完成物料的自動(dòng)存取。同時(shí)系統(tǒng)將記錄物料的數(shù)量、所在存儲(chǔ)單元的位置，以方便查詢、追溯及自動(dòng)盤(pán)存。
